About Lyra

I am a Physics tutor with over 4 years of experience and a BSc in Applied Physics. My academic and research journey has been shaped by a strong focus on plasma physics and fusion energy. I work extensively on exploring plasma states, from understanding their fundamental properties to investigating their role in advanced energy systems. My expertise covers both magnetic confinement and inertial confinement methods for controlling plasma. These technologies are at the heart of the global quest for clean, limitless energy. I have studied how powerful magnetic fields and high-energy lasers can sustain plasma long enough to release fusion power. I enjoy working with students who are curious about energy solutions, space science, and high-energy physics. Many of my sessions connect these topics to real-world challenges, from sustainable energy production to deep space exploration. I aim to make complex ideas in plasma and fusion both accessible and exciting. Learning about the fourth state of matter opens the door to understanding not just the universe, but also the future of human progress. Together, we can explore how plasma could power our cities, spacecraft, and technologies yet to be imagined. This is more than science—it’s a step toward shaping a cleaner, brighter future.

My teaching approach in Physics blends a strong foundation in core concepts with a deep curiosity for the universe. I cover topics from classical mechanics, thermodynamics, and quantitative physics to astronomy, celestial mechanics, cosmology basics, and the physics of space exploration. Every session encourages students to see how theory connects with real-world phenomena. I place special emphasis on phonetic accuracy and active listening. This helps students communicate ideas clearly and confidently. Repetition is a key part of my method, ensuring concepts become second nature. I believe this steady reinforcement builds both mastery and self-assurance. As a tech enthusiast skilled with Inventor, I often integrate visual and design tools into lessons. This brings abstract ideas—like planetary motion or orbital mechanics—into vivid, practical focus. Complex ideas about the cosmos are broken down into simple steps, making them easier to grasp. I dedicate myself to refining each learner’s understanding of the universe. Whether it’s preparing for an exam, tackling an assignment, or exploring space physics out of pure interest, my goal is their academic and personal growth. In my sessions, students develop the knowledge and confidence to discuss the cosmos with clarity and excitement.
