About Chang-Yu
Hi this is Chang here!
I got qualified as a PT since January 2022 and have help many successful clients with their fitness goals at PureGym Cardiff Bay! I'm now coaching my clients online or at an independent gym in Whitechapel, London.
I offer my clients personalised training programme and I have multiple approaches for different kinds of learners with my 10-year experience in tutoring. I graduated from National Taiwan University (World Rank Top 50s) and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. I specialise in observing student's need and their challenges, in order to provide them the most suitable solution.
I have multiple talents, which may sound unreal to some people, but I am enthusiastic about learning, so that's what have brought me here! I enjoy learning and learn new things quickly, and I hope my teaching approaches will help you fall in love with learning what you like as I do, too!

In the personal training session with Chang Hsu Fitness, I apply different approaches to different clients with their different goals at the gym. Cutting down your body fat or building up your muscles can all be achieved here with Chang!
The hourly rate includes not only the session in the gym with me but also the tailored workout plan and nutritional advice! We do weekly check-ins to keep us on track of your progress, as well as monthly webinars to deliver some gym-based knowledge. And all these are included in the packages!
