About Valentina
Hello hello:) I'm Valentina, a bubbly person who is English, Italian and Pakistani (odd combination I know). I have moved between countries A LOT during my childhood, until arriving in Paris and staying for a decade. Moving around gave me the opportunity to learn about different people, cultures and environments, and languages too! I'm a top pick for language tutoring as you get a 4 in 1 package.
I adore teaching, babysitting and spending time with children, hence why I decided to get a qualification in order to work with them. I also love giving my personal tips and tricks when it comes to studying, since it just makes studying miles easier and better. Little bonus, my strong suit isn't only in languages but various other subjects as well.

Italian lessons are the only ones where my students just adore, as I provide cooking lessons while practicing how to speak. It's hugely rewarding as it's a very fun and yummy environment.
More serious sessions are possible!
I approach the lesson by looking at the student's needs and tailor the session as such. (eg. if they like drawing/arts and crafts I implement that as mind maps; if they like to talk, we have a 5 min talk at the very end).
I let the student to most of the decision making when possible, making them feel like they have control of the session, unlike in class.
Normally 1h long lesson, but depends on how long the student can do.
5 years of tutoring experience, ages 4-15 year olds and adults. Have been recommended by parents, teachers, and my school in Paris recommended me to its London school campus, whose students I currently tutor.
Qualified camp counselor in France (BAFA) for 3-17 years olds.

Details
Travel is not included in the pricing. I'm very happy to go to public areas to teach as well. You'll be very safe with me as I'm a black belt in Taekwondo (fun fact!). Schedule is very flexible, especially in the afternoons and evenings.
