About Rob
I have been teaching in a variety of capacities and settings in the United States and Asia for over 20 years. My experience includes teaching: SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, Spanish, ESL, English Language Arts, English Literature, Mathematics, etc. My career began in public schools in Chicago and San Francisco, it has brought me to South Korea and Thailand where I taught in private schools and now to the New York City area where I do a lot of cognitive training, reading specialist work and one-on-one tutoring.

My pedagogy involves inspiring erudition through any subject matter; I want to inspire a love of knowledge to my students above all else. My classes are often casual but always task focused; I am a big proponent of project-based learning and will find ways to use it and game play to deliver lessons at every opportunity.
