About Naomh
I have been playing violin for most of my life and I enjoy it more than anything else. My enthusiasm has lead me to study music at University while still tutoring on the side. I love tutoring music as I believe it has many benefits for everyone, from the social side of it to the discipline learnt from learning an instrument. As a tutor, I am very enthusiastic about my pupils and look forward to seeing them progress.
In my everyday life, I am a very social person. I live taking on new tasks and work hard at anything I commit to.

In my lessons, I like to create a friendly atmosphere and make my pupils as comfortable as possible. To do this, I like to break down the typical ‘teacher’ and ‘pupil’ relationship, and encourage them to bring their own ideas to lessons. This sense of independence is something I find really valuable to bring to music. While focusing on improvement, in both musicality and technique, on the violin, I mostly want my pupils to enjoy the instrument and encourage them to be as creative as possible. please message me if you would like to find out more about this and how I cater this for individual pupils.
