About Josh
I'm a professional musical theatre performer who graduated from Italia Conti Academy in musical theatre. I'm originally from Glasgow but moved to London in 2018 to go to drama school. I love teaching others and have done so for a few years now, and I want to make it a more regular business to help people learn how to improve in singing/acting through song and get themselves jobs or into drama schools.

I teach singing in the style of musical theatre and pop/rock from absolute beginners, students who want extra lessons and professionals who want a top-up or to sing through rep choices etc. My strengths lie predominantly with contemporary musical theatre. I am trained in Estill voice training and have a degree in musical theatre, along with many credits in the musical theatre industry. I focus on singing technique, breathing, acting through song, audition technique and audition rep. All lessons will be using backing tracks as I don't play piano. Lessons can be done in London in person (Dance Attic Studios in Fulham) or via Zoom.

I have known Josh for years and watched him display his singing talents in many different musical theatre roles , he always does an outstanding job and it’s clear he really puts a lot of passion , time and effort into his performances. If you are looking for a tutor who will help you hone your skills while remaining down to earth and professional throughout then I would recommend him highly , he’s a lovely person :-)
