About Zweyla
I am a northern Musical Theatre actress based in Leamington Spa. I came into the drama world slightly unconventionally but ultimately I believe that this has made me the teacher I am today. I was so lucky to get into my top choice drama school on my first try and I think that this is due in part to the wonderful singing teacher I had. This has had a massive effect on me and my confidence and I would love to do this for other people.

Zweyla is a singing teacher who wants to help people find joy in using their voice and singing. She also teaches acting through song and drama school/college audition prep. She trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland gaining a BA in Musical Theatre and since then has gone on to work on many different productions including Little Shop of Horrors UK Tour, The Hypochondriac and Once. As a teacher Zweyla likes to focus on finding the love of singing and the joy of using your voice as well as Acting through song, Character work and breath work. She wants all of her students to: - Enjoy the songs that they are singing - Feel like the rep they are working on fits with them as a person and performer - Find their CONFIDENCE!! If you are auditioning for drama school/college etc. I can help with working on monologues and speeches as well as working on the songs you have chosen. I can also help to make sure that you are prepared for the process and can have the best audition you can! It can be a scary unknown if you have never been through the process. Lesson lengths vary depending on what the student needs but with younger students I would start with 30 minutes but for those with more experience I would recommend 45mins to an hour.
