About Heather
I've acquired many accolades for my classical singing throughout my short career. These include acceptance into the local Districts, All-State, and All-Eastern choirs. I've also won gold medals for my performances at MICCA and performed at their solo gold concert. In high school, I took choir, band, piano, and AP Music Theory (received a 5) as well as being on the a cappella team. Now, I'm in college getting my BA in musical theatre which includes taking music theory classes and voice lessons.

I am a student myself, and musical theatre college has taught me a lot about how to critique and then teach others! I have experience teaching music to ages 9-13, but I am willing to work with anyone at a beginning to intermediate level. My background in instrumental music gives me a well-rounded understanding of music reading for singers which is so important.
I want your lessons to focus on whatever is interesting and important to you. I have repertoire ranging from Italian Arias to Best of Broadway.
These lessons are for anyone looking to have a second set of ears listening to their performance and be able to provide quality feedback.
