Hi, I'm John, and I like to pick up heavy things. I want to share the joy of picking up heavy things with the world. You too can pick up heavy things, I can teach you how to pick up heavy things.
Or, if you don't care so much about picking up the heavy things, I can also help you feel fitter, more capable, and maybe even look a little better.
I operate out of a private facility on the South side. No membership required. I won't just train you, I'll give you the skills you need for long-term success and physical well-being.
