About Adebukola
I am a lab technician, I schooled at a federal institute in Nigeria. I discovered that youths out there don't know how to control their anger, they get angry easily and do things they instead not to do..such as breaking things, hurting people, hurting themselves etc . There are several ways of controlling our anger which I will like to share with the world, it works for me. Trust me a lot of people have hurt me in several ways you can not imagine but I just look up to them and smile Do you know why?
