About Umaymah
As a young person who was in secondary school not long ago, I understand how scary GCSEs can be. I also hated a lot of teaching styles and the way most of my classes were delivered. I've found I can teach in my own way and my preferred style and hope to give back to those sitting at the same desks I was at only a couple years back. I know how to make learning fun, rewarding and engaging.

My lessons will be 1hr long and I believe in working WITH students. This means that, I believe all students already have creativity and writing ability within them but just need a push and some guidance. Because of this, I will bring out the best in their potential and work with them to achieve their goals. I work with pupils working towards their 11+ exams at the end of primary school as well as GCSE students preparing for mocks and exams.
