About Sandy
I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine, USA) Certified Personal trainer with a wide experience in Weight loss, muscle building, nutrition, post injury recovery training,and mindset coaching. I do one to one as well group coaching . Currently work at LA fitness, with previous free lancing experience in the USA and Middle east. Motivating and enabling my clients to achieve their fitness goals, thereby transforming their lives , is my biggest passion and reward.

My coaching sessions are based on the FACT that - every single individuals body needs are different from the others. There's no 'one fit all' solution.
Customized workouts and diet pans are what I believe that is based on your age, gender, lifestyle, any injuries etc or other related issues.
More importantly, I believe in educating (with respect to exercise forms techniques, nutrition) my clients through the process for a life long lifestyle change.

She helps out students even if it takes a dozen of times just so they would understand even goes out of the way to help out.
