About Ali
I swam competitively for 13 years, was a distance runner and was introduced to the gym at eleven years old. My passion for health and wellness was sparked early on in life, as I saw my mother face many autoimmune diseases. I was a very talented and dedicated athlete, but unfortunately was forced to leave my sports at 16 years old due to anorexia. It took me 4 years to overcome, yet I learned even more about the body and how to take proper care of it. I love movement and due to having to leave my sport, I found peace in the gym. Being strong and excited to perform well and encouraging others in their health journey became my goal in life.

These sessions are for anyone who is excited to take on a lifelong commitment. Fitness is not an easy fix and it takes dedication and determination. I have found my peace and passion in the gym and my goal is to inspire others to find excitement in it a well.
My programs include a personalized split according to the client's desires and schedule, thorough explanations and contact with me for support. I can offer tips and nutrition advice but do not supply meal plans as I do not have a certification in nutrition at this time.
