About Shruti
I am a national-level martial arts athlete, certified personal trainer & nutritionist with an experience of 5 years in the fitness industry.
My fitness journey started with me being a 70 kg sixteen-year-old kid, having multiple health issues, migraines, asthma, and being overweight to being cured all of it and winning national championships. I have learned a lot through my journey and want to educate and help other people to take charge of their health, and become the best version of themselves!
