I am a national level rower trying for team GB. I have a lot of experience with coaching and tailoring training programmes for specific goals. I have run many different training programmes for various athletes all tailored for different sports and skill sets.

I believe the best way for you to get fit is to do exercises that you enjoy because you are more likely to do them in the future. The most important part about training is to plan it out carefully, you wouldn't write an essay without a plan so don't go to the gym without a programme. I will not only help design this periodised programme but will also help you to implement it.
