About Chitrangada Singh
As a sportsperson, discipline has always been a top priority for me. With discipline comes maintaining a healthy lifestyle and a fit and healthy body. Even though I have been working out for many years now, everyday is a learning for me, I realize new things about my body everyday. The journey of fitness is a really exciting one and I want to help inculcate the same feeling among as many as I can.

One of the biggest myths is that one needs to go to the gym to become fit! Well, you really don't need to, unless you're into bodybuilding.
Maintaining a fit body can be done from one's own home as well and I'm here to guide you through your fitness journey.
My classes will be a combination of workouts focusing on the different aspects of our body. Workouts can also be customized according to thestudent's needs and preferences.
There classes are mostly intended for those who are new to fitness or have just begun.
My aim is to not only help you become fit but also help you understand your body better.
