About Andrea
I am a Portuguese teacher that has been living in Houston, TX for the past 6 years. For 10 years, I have taught English to students of all ages in Brazil and Portuguese to foreigners from different countries. I also have 10 years of professional experience in multinational companies in the Marketing and Advertisement area and have taught English and Portuguese to multi-level students in multinational companies.
I speak 4 languages: Portuguese, Spanish, English and French. And I use techniques from my own language learning process to help students achieve proficiency in the new language through a variety of materials.
All my classes are customized according to the student's needs and I teach people from all ages in both English and Spanish. I can help you achieve language proficiency and focus classes on specific industries/fields of work.

I focus on conversation since day one. All classes are planned according to the student's level of proficiency and goals. I teach students from elementary to advanced/proficiency levels. I also offer Portuguese for Business and Accent Reduction classes. I always try to mix reading, writing and conversation exercises in class. I can customize classes depending on the specific needs and profile of each student.
