About Chin
Hello! My name is Sung Xing, a native Mandarin Chinese speaker from Sabah, Malaysia. I hold a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) with Honors and an MBA from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS).
During the MCO period, I taught Mandarin to adult learners from different backgrounds, helping them improve their communication skills and confidence in using Chinese.
Besides teaching, I have more than 10 years of experience in Chinese traditional music and have served as a music instructor and ensemble advisor. These experiences have strengthened my communication, patience and mentoring skills.
I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and helping students learn practical Mandarin for daily life, travel, work and social conversations in a friendly and supportive environment.

Hi! I am a native Mandarin Chinese speaker from Sabah, Malaysia. During the MCO period, I taught Mandarin to adult learners and helped them improve their communication skills through practical and interactive lessons.
Apart from teaching, I regularly communicate with people from different countries through my work in tourism and customer service. This allows me to understand the common challenges faced by non-native Chinese speakers and explain concepts in a simple and effective way.
My lessons focus on real-life Mandarin that can be used for travel, work, social conversations and everyday situations. I can teach in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu, and every lesson is customised according to the student's level and learning goals.
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to improve your speaking confidence, I aim to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where you can learn Chinese comfortably and confidently.
