About Sean
Hi! I'm Sean and I'm currently studying medicine in UCD, but I'm originally from Kilkenny. I am a French national, having grown up between Ireland and France. I achieved 7H1's and a H2 in the 2024 Leaving Cert, including 100% in Leaving Cert French and achieved 99th percentile in the Hpat.

- I place a special focus on improving oral skills, in addition to mastering all sections of the Leaving Cert Paper.
- My mother is a French native and outstanding French teacher, (a record 16 H1's in a single class) and I tutor my students with these notes.
- Having achieved 100% in the French Leaving Cert I can help current Leaving Cert students to achieve their maximum potential in the exam by working 1 on 1 with students.
- Having native fluency in the language my aim would be to speak as much French as possible during the lessons, depending on the level of the individual.
- Group lessons are available at a reduced rate.

Perfect! I am taking French grinds with Sean, and being a native speaker, he is really helpful for the oral. His notes are superb, both for the oral and grammar. I am definitely making great progress, and my grades have improved massively. Highly recommend.

Sean is honestly such a great Chemistry tutor. He explains things so well, and somehow even the hardest topics start to make sense. I used to be totally lost, but now I actually get it. My grades have shot up, and I don’t stress as much about exams. 100% recommend!
I would highly recommend Sean as a tutor, he is one of the smartest and kindest people I know, and brilliant at describing complex ideas in simple ways. He is able to adjust his style of tutoring to suit different needs. He was a great help to me during my preparation for the leaving certificate, helping me achieve a H1 in maths. Sean is a fantastic French tutor! Being fluent himself, he has a great grasp of the language and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. Whether it’s grammar, pronunciation, or just building confidence in speaking, he knows how to break things down so it feels natural and not overwhelming.
