About Aimee
Dia duit! I'm a fluent Irish speaker from Connemara, where I grew up immersed in Irish language and culture. I attended Irish-medium primary and secondary schools and spent several years working in the Gaeltacht, giving me a strong connection to the language both academically and in everyday life. I also speak Irish daily with my family.
Alongside teaching Irish, I am a classical soprano currently studying at the Royal College of Music in London. Music has always been a huge part of my life, and I have a particular love for Irish traditional music. I am also a fiddle player and enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for Ireland's rich musical and cultural heritage.
I am passionate about helping others connect with the Irish language in a friendly, supportive, and enjoyable way, whether they are complete beginners or more advanced learners looking to build confidence and fluency.

As a fluent Irish speaker from Connemara with an Irish-medium education and years of experience working in the Gaeltacht, I bring authentic, everyday Irish into every lesson. I also love being able to share my grá for the language.
I tailor lessons to each student's age, level, and goals, whether you're a complete beginner, preparing for school exams, looking to improve conversational Irish, or reconnecting with the language. Lessons focus on practical communication, vocabulary building, pronunciation, grammar, and developing confidence in speaking and understanding Irish.
I welcome learners of all ages and abilities and aim to make learning Irish engaging, enjoyable, and effective.
