About Eunjae
Hi! I’m a Korean-American university student currently studying at Yonsei University’s Underwood International College (UIC), where all courses are taught in English. I was born in the United States and hold both Korean and US citizenship, so I am fully bilingual in Korean and English.
I graduated from Korean Minjok Leadership Academy (KMLA), one of Korea’s most prestigious high schools, where I studied in a highly international and English-speaking academic environment. I also scored 110/120 on the TOEFL.
I have extensive experience in private tutoring and genuinely enjoy helping students learn in a comfortable and encouraging environment. Being bilingual allows me to explain not only what a Korean expression means, but also the subtle differences in meaning, tone, and culture that can be difficult to understand from textbooks alone.

As someone who is fully bilingual in Korean and English, I can explain Korean grammar, expressions, and subtle nuances clearly in English when needed. I especially enjoy helping students learn the kind of natural Korean that people actually use in everyday life, rather than only textbook expressions.
Lessons can focus on conversation, pronunciation, grammar, reading, writing, or a combination of these depending on your goals. I aim to keep lessons relaxed and enjoyable while still making sure you see real progress.
