As a native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English and a beginner learner of Korean, I aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to each student’s goals and learning style. Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced learner, I adapt my teaching to your level and interests.
My teaching methodology focuses on practical communication, helping you build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I use a mix of structured lessons and real-life topics such as daily conversation, culture, and current events to keep learning relevant and enjoyable. As a Christian, I can also engage in faith-based topics, including Bible reading, if that aligns with your interests.
Lessons typically last 30 to 45 minutes, giving us time to cover new material, practice it, and answer any questions you may have. I personalize lessons using simplified or traditional Chinese characters, depending on your preference.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma and have experience tutoring learners of various ages and backgrounds. My lessons are open to all age groups at any level, from beginner to advanced.
My goal is to help you improve your Mandarin in a way that feels natural, meaningful, and enjoyable. I look forward to supporting your language journey!
