About Cecilia
Certified bilingual teacher Spanish-English with ¨hands on¨ experience teaching in Australia, England and New Zealand. I am a passionate traveller who has immersed herself in diverse cultures and ethnic groups, worked with teams, individuals, business and academic groups.
I believe that there is an indisputable advantage in studying with a native or bilingual professional since, in addition to grammatical/theoretical training, one receives a root integration of the language with its idioms and customs. In my case, I grew up in Argentina and developed part of my academic and working life in Australia, New Zealand and England, having experienced all the stages and areas of internalization of these languages and ways of living.
In our classes we will focus on expressing our essence and way of being and thinking. We will learn in a dynamic and practical way about the language and the Spanish culture in its different countries
Intensive preparation in speaking, listening and reading (fluent understanding and conversation). Interviews, meetings. Guide in preparing for exams and exchanges.

Hola! I’m Cecilia and I am an Argentinian teacher of Spanish and English as a Foreign Language with more than 12 years’ experience in New Zealand, Australia and Argentina. I have a bachelor’s degree in international Relations, and I am certified English-Spanish teacher. I have lived in these 3 countries and have travelled the world since I was 22, gaining a deep experience in many cultures. I love traveling and sharing my experiences with my students.
The lessons are intended for students of all levels, whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced, and adapt to the profile and requirements of each of my students. I try to transmit my passion for languages and show my students that learning another language can be very beneficial.
Therefore, I offer tailored classes, according to the needs and interests of each student, for which I use different kinds of didactic material. Grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation are very important aspects in my classes, but I also work with a Communicative Approach that includes “real material” (from everyday life) and I organize cultural and immersion activities. I offer:
• Classes at all levels. Intensive, regular and individual courses
• Preparation for trips abroad
• Courses via Skype, Google Meet, Zoom
• Special courses on tourism
• Extracurricular cultural activities and immersion activities.
