About Louisa
Inspired by those teachers that gave me their time and patience, I set out to do the same for others in order to give them what my teachers gave me. A love for learning. I want to spread my love of learning to someone who has not yet discovered the wonders of education to enable them to exceed academically. I believe the combination of my own academic success and my hands-on classroom experience is what makes me stand out as a unique tutor. I understand the struggles and pressures of school and my aim is to relieve the stress of this by giving a student the tools to overcome the challenges they face academically.

My classes are broken down step-by-step and tailored to each student’s specific needs. I can use visual walk throughs of problems to help gain a more sound understanding. A fun, supportive and positive environment for the child to develop in!
Having a great academic record myself I can use my expertise and experience in helping children with ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia to guide the child through school. I am a patient and engaging tutor who can help to strengthen a child’s knowledge and build academic confidence.
Lessons can be between 45-60 minutes depending on what the student would like to cover. I specialise in ages 11-14, however if outside this age bracket please still get in touch with your specific needs as I may be able to help!
