I believe that a teacher should lead by an example. Psychology say that people won't do what we say. People will do what we do. So my methodology is I make my students independent. So that they never need or have to depend upon a teacher on health n wellness. Remember : if you are investing lots of money on health. Then it's not health. Health is cheap. Disease is expensive.
