I have been involved in sport my whole life and currently compete in Muay Thai. My aim in the sport is to become a professional fighter.

The first session consists of goal setting and a physical assessment. This leads to creating your personalised program using Google Sheets (updates every 4-6 weeks). Sessions are 45-60 mins. Physical assessment every 10 weeks to track your progress. 2-3 sessions per week. Workouts can be produced from purely bodyweight to a fully equipped gym.
Face to Face
Our sessions can take place in a gym in Oakleigh, outdoors or your home gym.
Online Mode
First few sessions will be a live workout where I take you through your workout then when you become more competent we'll switch to weekly check-ins via Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp.
