About Jan-Michael
I’m a dedicated and passionate tutor currently completing my Bachelor of Education (BEd), with a strong focus on Natural Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Life Sciences. My goal is to help students truly understand and enjoy science by breaking down complex ideas into clear, manageable concepts. I bring a professional, supportive approach to every lesson, and I adapt my teaching to suit each student’s unique learning style. With experience working with high school learners across different levels, I’m committed to helping you build confidence, improve your results, and reach your full potential. I teach in both English and Afrikaans, and I take pride in creating a positive, engaging learning environment where questions are encouraged and progress is always the goal.

I’m fluent in English and Afrikaans, and I can teach confidently in either language to suit your preference. Lessons are available for Grade 4–12 learners, whether you're struggling to keep up, aiming to improve your marks, or preparing for exams. Each session is structured but adaptable, starting with a quick check-in, followed by focused teaching, active practice, and time for questions or revision.
Whether you're a visual learner, need things broken down step by step, or just want a more relaxed and supportive space to learn, my lessons are built to meet your needs and help you thrive.
