-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA, ID, NM) and solo-private practice owner with 20+ years of mental health experience (to reference my experience, but note that this is NOT therapy).
- Teacher, Professional Trainer and Curriculum Development Experience related to Mental Health, Neurodevelopmental Conditions and Coaching Program Development
-20+ years' experience, ongoing professional training, treatment focus as a therapist and Certified ADHD Therapist
-20+ years' experience in skills training, behavior modification training and parent-coaching / foster parent trainer and attachment-based coaching for adoptive and foster parents
-20+ years' experience working with all developmental stages (0-5 / 6-12 / adolescents, college students) and parents.

My Structured Coaching Process
Step 1: Reach out and share your top 3 goals.
Step 2: Schedule a free 30-minute Zoom consultation.
Step 3: We decide together whether coaching is a good fit and discuss scheduling, frequency, and coaching options.
First Coaching Session (50–75 Minutes):
Our first session focuses on creating your personalized Coaching Plan. Together, we'll identify priorities, establish measurable goals, and develop a clear roadmap for success.
Ongoing Coaching Sessions:
Each session follows a structured agenda and focuses on specific goals from your Coaching Plan. We break larger challenges into manageable steps and build practical strategies that can be applied between sessions. Each session will begin with a 5 to 10-minute review of progress made, challenges or other relevant updates.
Coaching Lessons & Psychoeducation:
Some clients benefit from focused learning sessions about ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, executive functioning, emotional regulation, nervous system responses, and brain-based strategies. Parents may also choose lessons focused on child development, behavior, and neurodivergent parenting approaches.
Lessons are tailored to your interests and goals and may be offered with an ADHD friendly presentation consisting of: 10, 15, 20 or 30-minute increments, visual aids and easy to read PDF materials, e-mailed at the start of the Lesson. There will be time for questions and more!
Session Format:
All coaching sessions and lessons are provided virtually (unique Zoom Link) unless other arrangements are made for local clients in the Los Angeles area. There is a travel fee depending on distance.
