About Aarohi
As a neuroscience major with an English minor from a top university, I’m passionate about making learning approachable, engaging, and effective. I’ve successfully helped students improve in subjects ranging from biology and chemistry to writing and standardized test prep (SAT, ACT, MCAT). I believe in meeting students where they are and working together to build understanding, confidence, and long-term skills. As a recent neuroscience graduate with a minor in English, I bring both analytical rigor and communication skills to my tutoring. I specialize in STEM subjects (biology, chemistry, psychology), academic writing, and test preparation for the SAT, ACT, and MCAT. My approach is student-centered: I adapt to how you learn best, whether through visuals, active recall, structured practice, or real-world examples.
In a typical session, we’ll set goals together, review key concepts, work through problems or passages step-by-step, and pause often to ensure understanding. I focus on building both subject mastery and confidence, because long-term success means more than just memorizing information.
