About Ritu

Hi! I am a graduate of NIT Silchar with a background in Electrical Engineering. I am passionate about mental health awareness and helping people navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and emotional strength.

I understand that stress, anxiety, and depression can sometimes make everyday life feel overwhelming. I believe that having someone who listens without judgment, offers encouragement, and creates a safe space to express emotions can make a meaningful difference.

My approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and understanding. I aim to encourage open conversations about mental health, help people feel heard and supported, and promote positive habits for emotional well-being.

If you are going through a difficult time, feeling stressed or anxious, or simply need someone to talk to, I hope to help you feel less alone and take small, positive steps toward a healthier and more balanced life.

About the lesson

I am a graduate of NIT Silchar with a background in Electrical Engineering, and I am passionate about mental health awareness and emotional well-being. My approach is simple: create a safe, supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and comfortable expressing their emotions.

I believe that managing stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges begins with understanding our feelings, developing healthy coping habits, and taking small, positive steps toward well-being. I encourage open conversations without judgment and believe that everyone deserves empathy, patience, and support during difficult times.

My approach focuses on listening with empathy, sharing practical stress-management techniques, encouraging positive daily habits, and helping people build self-awareness and emotional resilience. I understand that everyone's experiences are different, so I believe in respecting each person's pace and individual needs.

My goal is to help people feel less alone, navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, and take meaningful steps toward a healthier and more balanced life. While I value the importance of emotional support and mental health awareness, I also recognize when professional guidance from a qualified mental health professional may be needed.
