About Eli
I have been teaching piano for 14 years and also work as a composer and performer. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Piano Studies, which has given me a strong foundation in both technique and musical expression. I believe music is a lifelong journey, and I’m passionate about sharing that love with my students. I enjoy working with musicians of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced players. Each student brings their own goals and challenges, and I tailor my lessons to fit their unique needs. Whether you want to learn your favorite songs, prepare for exams, or explore composition, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. In my teaching, I focus on building solid technique, musicality, and confidence. I want my students to enjoy playing and feel proud of their progress. Music is more than just notes on a page—it’s a way to express yourself and connect with others. I’m excited to help you on your musical journey and watch you grow as a pianist and musician. My teaching approach to piano lessons is clear, structured, and fun. I focus on building strong sight-reading skills so students can easily learn new music. Improvisation is also an important part of my lessons. I encourage creativity and help students explore their own musical ideas. I use progress tracking to set goals and celebrate achievements along the way.
For exam takers and classical performers, I offer focused training that prepares them well for performances and tests. I guide students through challenging pieces step-by-step and help develop their technical skills. Technology plays a big role in my teaching. I use virtual piano apps and metronomes to improve timing and accuracy. These tools make practice more interactive and effective.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s individual needs and goals. Whether you want to perform on stage or simply enjoy playing, I provide the support to help you succeed. My aim is to make learning piano enjoyable while building confidence and skill. Together, we work at a steady pace, ensuring steady progress and strong technique. With practice and guidance, every student can reach their musical goals.
