About Kimberly
I am a self-taught nutritionist who has battled weight for my adult life. I have successfully curbed my food addiction and am transitioning from obese to healthy, losing 50lbs without deprivation and still going. The science and insight I have collected along the way will help you to begin your journey. I'm here to support you to reach your goals and in-turn provide you with the knowledge to teach others.

My one-to-one teaching method is based on listening, supporting and educating. I'm here to find out where you are at with food addiction and to begin a programme bedded in science that will help motivate you to take the steps to start taking back control and winning at weight loss.
We will cover why food addiction exists and what you can do to stop this in its tracks. What your current health concerns are and how you can begin to address these with the food you eat. How to transition the way you currently buy and prepare food into a sustainable family friendly approach that will support you on your journey. Once you understand the science behind food addiction and weight loss, supported by the most up to date research in the field, you will join me on the journey to a longer, happier, healthier life.
