About Jane
I am currently studying my Cert IV in nutrition and a Cert III and IV in fitness. I am a figure skater/ piano player and teacher and an ESL teacher. Coaching, tutoring, teaching as well as creating are my passions.

As an endurance athlete, you must participate in a sporting event that requires continuous activity at a moderate to high intensity for 90 minutes or longer, with no rest. Examples of acceptable sporting events include triathlons, marathons, long-distance running or cycling etc.
First you will complete a questionnaire that I will send to you.
Following this I will conduct a nutritional support consultation to inform you about selected nutrition strategies to enhance performance in your sport. This includes pre-event, during-event and post-event nutrition strategies to achieve exercise-related goals.
I will also give you strategies to address barriers to your goals.
Following the consultation you will complete an athlete feedback form.
