About Tyrone Patrick
I am trained in and use the communicative approach which is based on the idea that language learning successfully comes through having to communicate real meaning. When learners are involved in real communication, their natural strategies for language acquisition will be used, and this will allow them to learn to use the language faster and more effectively. I also use The use of music and song as it promotes pedagogical diversity and contributes to effective learning, especially in regards to pronunciation, fluency, listening comprehension, memorization of vocabulary and grammatical structures, and cultural awareness.

Perfect! Comecei recentemente as aulas com Tyrone, após uma longa busca por um bom professor de inglês. Ele é didático, motivado e genuinamente interessado no progresso do aluno. Tyrone é absolutamente fora da curva: pontual, com uma metodologia consistente e, acima de tudo, demonstrando real comprometimento com a aula e com quem está aprendendo. Há muitas pessoas que oferecem aulas de inglês, mas poucos são verdadeiramente professores. Tyrone certamente é um deles. Perfect! I’m having classes with Tyrone for 5 months now and I can say that Tyrone is an excellent teacher.
I had English classes for many years in the past, and I can say that I had already learned new things with Tyrone’s method, such as “ed endings” pronunciation and phonetics. Being a native teacher is also a plus.
