About Jonathan
I am professional french horn player and teacher. Currently I teach french horn and chamber music at the Royal Northern College of Music Junior School. I have been offering private tuition for 18 years and now have ex students working as professional musicians.

I am also a physiotherapist which allows me to bring a unique perspective and additional knowledge to my teaching. I provide a very thorough and holistic approach to horn lessons. Alongside the essential fundamentals of horn technique and musical knowledge students will explore in greater depth breathing and posture. Two very important but often overlooked aspects of brass playing.
