Feeling overwhelmed or disconnected? I guide one-on-one meditation sessions for individuals over 20 who want to slow down, feel calmer, and reconnect with themselves. With 5 years of personal practice and 4 years teaching, I use mindfulness meditation and heart-based tools like body scan, 4/7 breathing, slow breathing, and energy centre awareness to help you shift from reactivity to presence. Each 40–60 min session is tailored to you—because personal transformation deserves personal attention. Certified in mindfulness meditation and heart-based coaching. All levels welcome.
