About Chloe
Hey, I’m Chloe. I’m a British Pilates instructor currently living in Cambodia, and I discovered Pilates through my own journey of building strength, improving posture, and developing a deeper connection with my body. Over the years, through personal practice and teaching, I’ve seen firsthand how consistent, mindful movement can transform both the body and mind.
I create a calm, supportive space where you can move safely, learn proper technique, and build confidence at your own pace. I’m passionate about helping people feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies through simple, effective movement. My sessions are focused, encouraging, and adapted to your individual needs, so you always feel supported and understood as you progress.

I teach Pilates through a supportive, structured, and body-aware approach that focuses on alignment, control, and mindful movement.
Each session begins with gentle mobility and breathing, followed by targeted strength and posture work, and finishes with stretching and integration. I adapt exercises to your level and goals, whether you’re a complete beginner or returning after a break.
My background managing a wellness studio helps me create calm, professional sessions where you feel guided, safe, and motivated to progress at your own pace.
