About Daniel
I am a passionate and motivated sports coach with an NQF Level 4 qualification in Sports Management. I have extensive experience coaching rugby, cricket, and fitness at a high school level, where I have trained and developed young athletes over a long period of time.
I have also coached rugby and fitness at a well-established rugby club, where I focused on player development, strength and conditioning, and improving overall performance.
I am patient, reliable, and dedicated to creating a positive and structured training environment. My goal is to help athletes improve their skills, fitness, confidence, and discipline through effective and practical coaching methods.
I am excited to offer online coaching sessions and support athletes of all levels in reaching their goals.
