About Samantha
I am a patient, friendly, and dependable tutor who enjoys helping young children learn and feel confident in school. I especially enjoy working with first and second grade students on reading, spelling, phonics, vocabulary, and homework. I understand that every child learns differently, so I try to explain things in a simple and encouraging way. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and improving at their own pace.

I make my lessons fun, patient, and encouraging so young students feel comfortable learning and asking questions. I help first and second graders improve their reading, spelling, phonics, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. I adjust each lesson to the child’s level and use simple activities, practice words, and reading exercises to help them build confidence. My goal is to make learning feel enjoyable while helping each student improve at their own pace
