About Sandra
I am Sandra and I studied Linguistics, Cultural Studies and Translation Studies in English, French and Russian at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and graduated last year. I am a very patient and warm person who always has an open ear for everyone and is happy to help with any problems. I would like to share my knowledge and overcome any difficulties you may have with patience and clarity. My great passion is travelling. After completing my A-levels, I worked for a long period of time (including tutoring), which enabled me to travel extensively in Ireland and Scandinavia. This experience not only improved my language skills, but also inspired me to pursue my studies in the field of languages. During my studies, I spent a semester at the University of Glasgow, where I volunteered to teach German as a foreign language. I then went to Belgium for six months, where I was also able to significantly improve my French language skills. I have been teaching English, German and French for Go Student for just over two years, which has been a lot of fun for me and the students and has enabled them to make great progress in their language skills. I mainly work as a German teacher, interpreter and translator and would like to continue tutoring privately as side job to hopefully help more students. Tutoring has been a great passion of mine for several years now. It gives me great pleasure to eliminate difficulties in the respective subjects through patience and clarity and to be present during the learning progress. Whether it's grammar, text production or improving oral language skills, I'm happy to help tackle any area and impart knowledge that sticks with the student. So far, I have been able to help many students, whether through individual lessons or in groups, to improve by two grades and to maintain this in the long term. I am a relaxed and cheerful person and I don't think tutoring has to be boring at all. I am happy to answer any further questions you may have. I can also provide my students ratings. The first tutoring session is always free of charge so that the student can get an idea of me and the lessons and share their worries/difficulties.

Perfect! Sandra ist eine sehr einfühlsame, motivierende, zuverlässige Person und sehr professionelle Lehrerin, dass ich nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann. Sie hat mir dabei geholfen, meinen mündlichen Ausdruck auf Deutsch im Dialog zu verbessern und Deutsche Prüfung erfolgreich zu bestehen. Während der gemeinsamen Zeit, hat Sie mir eine große Unterstützung bei der Überwindung der Sprachbarriere. Dabei haben wir eine sehr gute Strategie durchgeführt, die mir endlich super geholfen hat. Sehr nett und hilfreich
Sandra ist eine sehr nette und offene Person und kann Super Französisch und Englisch. Ich schätze vor allem das sie sehr flexibel mit ihren Zeiten ist. Sie kann mir sehr verständlich die Grammatik unterschiedlichster Sprachen beibringen.
Sandra ist eine sehr nette und lustige Person. Sie kann wirklich sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch erklären und Fragen sehr gut und verständlich beantworten. Außerdem erklärt sie auch verschiedene Themen viel gründlicher und zu gleich einfach, im Gegensatz zu Lehrern in der Schule.
