About Siyona
I’m a certified yoga instructor with 11+ years of experience in yoga practice and teaching, including national-level participation.
My journey began with my first guru, whom I trained under for 4 years. I then spent 2 years practicing at a yoga shala, learning under three other gurus and a Japanese yoga teacher, gaining exposure to different approaches and deeper aspects of the practice.
I have also worked with two yoga shalas as their online mentor, teaching students across different countries, levels and abilities.
My teaching focuses on Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, strength, flexibility, mobility, backbending, inversions and mindful movement, with particular attention to alignment, individual corrections and progressive learning.
I teach 100% online, creating personalized sessions based on your body, experience and goals — whether you are beginning your journey or looking to take your practice further.
