About Raiyan
Currently a second year psychology student in Staffordshire university and will graduate in 2021 and this is just to help me whilst I follow my dreams. Fitness however is my life as I am very experienced in training and also dieting. I also have experience in boxing because I’ve boxed for roughly 5/6 years so we can mix up the training and make it fun and also learn some valuable combat skills .

I will transfer you all my knowledge about the fitness industry, I will correct your form and also give you the ability to consciously create your own workout plans that suit you and I will give you everything you need to know about dieting.
