About Katrina
I have a degree in science, including a minor in psychology, a diploma in creation, a certificate in circus and dance, and a personal dedication to researching and developing personal growth and methods of highlighting each persons inner strength. After years of research and personal practices I have developed methods into finding out what bring each person out of their shell, brings happiness and meaning, and also making stress your friend.

My methods are one on one meet ups, or phone conversations, group meet ups. I am very flexible. I can also create videos on particular topics that someone may need help with, such as stress, recovering from a break up, trying to find meaning in life and more, on request.
