Hi, I'm Chandra co-owner of C & C Treats and Bakery, a mother and daughter bakery built from scratch, from the heart, and from a whole lot of love for great food.
What started as a shared passion between my mother cherie and me has grown into a thriving business where we pour everything we have into our custom cakes and pastries. Every order that leaves our kitchen carries the same care and intention that went into our very first one.
I'm entirely self-taught, which means everything I know has been learned through hands-on experience through trial and error, late nights, happy accidents, and hard-won breakthroughs. That journey has given me a deeply practical approach to baking, and it's exactly the kind of teaching you'll find in this course. No gatekeeping, no intimidating perfection just real technique, honest guidance, and the confidence to create something beautiful.
I created this course because I believe that with the right foundation, anyone can produce the kind of bakes that stop people in their tracks. Whether you're brand new to baking or looking to seriously level up your skills, I'm here to share everything I've learned and I can't wait to bake alongside you.
