About Alexei
My name is Alexei, and I’m a London/Oxford based writer, actor and filmmaker. I am currently a graduate student at Oxford doing a Master's in Creative Writing. Prior to this, I earned an MSc in Social & Cultural Psychology from the LSE and a BSc in Psychology from UCL. Before my undergraduate days, I completed the IB with 40 points with a 7 in English HL. I also recently received my Teaching English as a Foreign Language certificate.

My ultimate goal is to ignite a sense of genuine curiosity in the studied subject, while also making my students feel confident to explore and to reach new heights. I will thoroughly prepare to make sure that the topic of study is fresh in my mind, while also allowing for improvisation to cater for whatever comes up during our sessions. I am there exclusively to aid in whatever my student finds challenging and to make sure that their goals are achieved, whether that means reaching a target grade, or gaining a sense of confidence and newfound passion for the subject.
