About Tom
I am a 21 year old pianist who moved to Bristol in summer 2020 after graduating from Oxford with a high first in music. With nearly five years of teaching and tutoring experience under my belt, my lessons are sure to be fun, friendly, and engaging!

PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE MOMENT I AM PRIMARILY TEACHING VIA VIDEO MESSAGING. (ZOOM, SKYPE, FACEBOOK MESSENGER ETC.) For those wishing to take Theory examinations, I can teach up to ABRSM Grade 5, the standard often required to progress further in instrumental study, though other examination boards are available. For those wishing to realise a long-held ambition, I am patient, good-humoured and very enthusiastic to help you learn from scratch! I will tailor tuition materials and the pace of learning to your individual needs. I will set homework tasks depending on your capacity to undertake them. I insist on a first free lesson of 30 minutes in order for us to get to know each other before committing to paid sessions. Try before you buy!

Rate for a 1-hour lesson. : £40/h Details Lesson lengths & prices: 30 mins - £20.00 45 mins - £35.00 1 hour - £40.00 Fees are payable in advance, or on the lesson day, by bank transfer or cash. No arrears or cheques please. If lessons are cancelled with less than 24 hours notification, or a student doesn't turn up, the lesson will still need to be paid for.
