About William
Hi!
I'm currently studying Computer Science at the University of Bristol.
However prior to studying, I've worked fulltime as a Software Engineer for Spotlight Data working as a contractor to the Ministry of Defence/UK Government. Before that I worked as a contractor for Uber (the mobile taxi app) in San Francisco and Cuvva (the car insurance app) both as Software Engineers.
This gives me over 4 years of industry experience with my specialties being in JavaScript (+ Node.js), Python, Java, C and Linux (DevOps/containerisation).
I've attended tons of hackathons in the past so work well with other people and love sharing my knowledge and making other people become as amazed by computers as I am!
