About Timothy
I am a confident and passionate A-Level student with a deep love for Physics and Computer Science. I enjoy breaking down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand concepts and helping students develop a strong understanding of the subjects. Tutoring isn’t just about teaching—it’s a two-way learning experience. While I help students grasp difficult topics, explaining concepts also strengthens my own knowledge, reinforcing my understanding and problem-solving skills. This allows me to continuously improve and stay sharp in my subjects. My goal is to make learning engaging, interactive, and effective, ensuring students feel confident tackling their exams and applying their knowledge in real-world situations. I believe that with the right approach, anyone can excel in Physics and Computing

How My Tutoring Lessons Work I offer engaging and interactive Physics & Computing tutoring for students from Year 7 to Year 11, helping them build confidence and master key concepts. My lessons are mostly online, making it easy for students to learn from the comfort of their homes. Each session lasts one hour, providing the perfect balance of learning and focus. My Teaching Style I believe in active learning—rather than just listening, students will be solving problems, discussing ideas, and applying concepts to real-world scenarios. My approach combines clear explanations, interactive discussions, and practice questions to ensure a deep understanding of the material. My Experience I have experience teaching children English as part of charity work, which has helped me develop patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills—all of which I bring into my tutoring sessions. I tailor each lesson to suit the student’s learning style, ensuring they stay engaged and make steady progress.
