Hello! I’m Simra Faisal, a dedicated math tutor with a strong academic background, including 5 A's in my A Levels and a deep commitment to helping students develop confidence in their mathematical abilities. As a math tutor, I believe in building a strong foundation of concepts before diving into problem-solving. My teaching method is student-centered—I tailor each lesson according to the learner's pace and preferred learning style. I emphasize clarity and use real-life examples to make abstract mathematical ideas easier to understand. I break down complex problems into manageable steps and ensure students not only learn how to solve them but understand why each step works.
A typical lesson begins with a brief review of the previous topic to reinforce retention. I then introduce a new concept through visual aids or analogies, followed by guided practice problems. The session ends with the student solving a few problems independently while I provide real-time feedback.
What sets me apart is my own academic experience—I achieved 5 A*s in my A Levels, including in Mathematics, and I've helped classmates and juniors as a teaching assistant.
