I play all sorts of instruments, but the one thing that unites them all is the player. Being a musician is so much more than knowing how an instrument works; it's also about how you work the instrument to say what you want to say. I abide by the ethos of "will over skill", and know from experience that there is no challenge in music that can hold a candle to someone whose heart has something to say.
